Background: A recent discernible trend is that more and more landed immigrants from Mainland China are returning to China to take advantage of the economic growth and various opportunities over there and at the same time the number of new Chinese immigrants is dramatically reduced each year. As that trend continues, many Chinese entrepreneurs who rely on the local Chinese consumer market and the Chinese community, may find fewer and fewer opportunities in Canada, though some areas such as Canada-China trade are providing business opportunities better than ever before. Therefore, many are asking the same questions: What business can I do if I choose to stay? What advantages do I have if I choose to go back? To make right decisions you need info exchange, share of experience, and timely assessment of the rapidly changing environment.
